01Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order — via WhatsApp, phone, or in person — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms on this page. If anything is unclear, please ask us before ordering.
02Services & Pricing
We offer the following services at official prices (in IDR):
- Deep Clean: Rp 30,000–45,000 (~$2–$3 USD) depending on size & colour.
- Unyellowing / Whitening: Rp 25,000 (~$1.50 USD) per pair.
- Reglue / Stitching: Rp 25,000 (~$1.50 USD) per pair.
- Bag Care: Rp 40,000–60,000 (~$2.50–$4 USD).
- Express 24-hour: Rp 65,000 (~$4 USD) — in addition to the base service price.
The applicable price is confirmed at the time of order.
03Pickup & Delivery
Pickup & delivery is free for Denpasar and surrounding areas (Sanur, Renon, Sesetan, Pedungan, Sidakarya, Kerobokan, Kuta Utara, Jimbaran, Ubung). Outside these areas, an additional delivery fee will be communicated before pickup.
- Please ensure someone is available at the pickup address at the agreed time.
- If our courier arrives and no one is available, a Rp 15,000 revisit fee applies.
- Delivery is made as scheduled, except in cases of weather or traffic beyond our control.
04Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days from receipt. Express is completed within 24 hours. For heavy repairs (complex reglue, re-dyeing), we will confirm an estimate upfront.
Public Holidays
Indonesian public holidays and national days do not count as business days. Check before ordering if you have a tight deadline.
05Payment
Payment is made upon delivery or via transfer/QRIS after we send an invoice. Available methods:
- Cash on delivery (IDR).
- Bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BRI).
- QRIS (GoPay, OVO, Dana, ShopeePay, etc.).
Shoes are delivered after payment is confirmed (for non-cash methods).
06Guarantee & Compensation
We offer a free re-clean guarantee within 3 days of delivery if the result is unsatisfactory — as long as shoes have not been worn again and the complaint is submitted with photos.
If damage or loss is proven to be our fault, we will compensate based on fair market value (maximum Rp 1,500,000 per pair). Luxury or limited-edition items must be declared and agreed in writing before we accept them.
07Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage (brittle glue, cracked soles, weak stitching) that becomes apparent during normal cleaning.
- Colour fading due to material properties (suede, unfinished leather, non-colourfast dye). We will flag these risks before proceeding.
- Minor shrinkage of certain canvas materials after washing.
- Valuables inside shoes (custom insoles, branded footbeds) not declared before pickup.
08Cancellation & Refund
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before the courier departs for pickup. Once we have received the shoes and processing has begun, no full refund is available — but we can stop at a certain stage and charge proportionally.
09Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled at the Denpasar District Court.
