Is pickup & delivery really free?

Yes, 100% free for Denpasar and surrounding areas — including Sanur, Renon, Sesetan, Pedungan, Sidakarya, and Ubung. No minimum order required.

How long does cleaning take?

Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days. Express service is done within 24 hours for an additional Rp 65,000 (~$4). Perfect if you're leaving Bali soon.

Can yellowed white shoes be restored?

Yes. Our Unyellowing service (Rp 25,000) removes oxidation yellowing, and Whitening (Rp 25,000) provides maximum whitening treatment. Often combined with Deep Clean for best results.

Do you repair shoes too (reglue / stitching)?

Yes. Reglue (Rp 25,000) for detached soles or midsoles. Stitching (Rp 25,000) for broken seams. We can also bundle with a deep clean to get your shoes back in top shape.

Is it safe for suede, leather, or designer shoes?

Absolutely. Our team is experienced with all materials — suede, nubuck, leather, canvas, mesh, knit. We use material-specific chemicals and back our work with a free re-clean guarantee.

What payment methods do you accept?
