Common Questions.
How long does a deep clean take?
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days. In a hurry? Express takes 1–2 days and is priced per material — canvas Rp 75,000, white shoes Rp 90,000.
Do you clean the inside too?
Yes. Deep clean covers upper, midsole, outsole, insole, and the inner lining — including odour removal.
What is the difference between Hard Clean and Super Deep Clean?
Hard Clean (Rp 50,000) is for heavy grime that a normal wash will not shift — dried mud, paint, mould. Super Deep Clean (Rp 65,000) is the most thorough package: laces and insoles out, a two-stage deep clean, plus detailed finishing.
Is it safe for suede and leather?
Yes. We use material-specific chemicals for suede, nubuck, leather, canvas, mesh, and knit — backed by a free re-clean guarantee.
Is pickup really free?
Yes, free pickup & delivery across Denpasar and surroundings — Sanur, Renon, Sesetan, Pedungan, Sidakarya, Ubung, Kuta, Kerobokan, Canggu — with a minimum order of 5 pairs. Fewer pairs? Still possible — arrange via WhatsApp +62 899-1112-298.
